See what the planning changes

Turn a list of outings into a day you can enjoy.

An illustrative family day, not a client itinerary or confirmed programme. The right rhythm depends on your accommodation, party and provider schedules.

The first list of ideas

  • Reindeer visit in the morning
  • Husky experience after lunch
  • Northern Lights outing in the evening

The gaps also need to hold journeys, dressing, meals and breaks. The activity’s advertised duration is only part of the day.

A considered day around your stay

  1. Before the outingCheck the pickup point, travel time and time for winter clothing.
  2. The day’s main experienceOne outing that fits your party’s ages and priorities.
  3. AfterwardsA warm lunch and time to return to your accommodation.
  4. Afternoon and eveningRoom to rest or enjoy something nearby, with no second fixed departure.

Your own plan adds the providers chosen for your trip, booking links, indicative costs, travel-time estimates and booking order. Two weather alternatives cover the overall plan.

An example of the difference

Illustrative planning example — not a customer itinerary or confirmed booking.

Imagine a family with accommodation already booked near Rovaniemi. Their list includes a reindeer visit, a husky experience, time with Santa and an evening outdoors. The first planning question is where the accommodation and each meeting point actually are. The second is how much travelling and time in winter clothing the children will comfortably enjoy.

DayMain focusSpace around it
1Settle in and explore close to the accommodationKeep the arrival day flexible; check clothing and food arrangements.
2One suitable reindeer experienceAllow for collection, dressing, the programme and the return journey.
3A Santa-focused visitLeave room for queues, meals and unhurried family time.
4One suitable husky experienceKeep the following afternoon light and avoid another fixed departure.

Two alternatives might be an indoor museum visit and a quiet day using the accommodation’s suitable facilities. The actual alternatives depend on your location, opening hours, children’s interests and available services. They are not automatically included bookings.

The paid plan replaces this generic outline with recommendations relevant to your dates, accommodation and preferences. Provider availability, final prices and operating conditions still need to be checked directly before booking.

What the €290 covers

The fee covers planning for the stated scope. Activities and transport are additional costs paid to the providers you choose. Accommodation search, live availability checks, bookings, on-site coordination and on-trip support are not included. More days, bases or travellers are quoted separately.

How it works

  1. Send your dates, confirmed accommodation, party details and priorities through the journey brief.
  2. Tuomas confirms the scope, total planning fee, payment terms, start date and delivery in writing.
  3. Receive your PDF, use the included revision if needed, then check availability and book the recommended services yourself.

Questions before you start

Is €290 the price per person?

No. It is the total planning fee for one party of up to six travellers within the stated scope. Travel services cost extra.

Can you find our accommodation too?

This particular service starts with confirmed accommodation. If you still need help choosing where to stay, consider the Tailored Lapland Plan or a more extensive planning service.

Will you reserve the activities for us?

No. The plan gives you provider links and a booking order. You check availability, make bookings and pay providers directly.

Can you guarantee snow activities or Northern Lights?

No. Activities depend on providers and operating conditions. Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon. Your plan includes alternatives rather than promises about weather or sightings.
