What does the planning fee cover?
A personal plan, practical recommendations and links within your chosen service. Accommodation, activities, dining and transport are separate costs paid to providers.
Do you make the bookings for me?
You check availability, accept provider terms, make bookings and pay directly. Talvia provides remote planning, without on-site coordination or on-trip support.
What if my accommodation is already booked?
The Lapland Activity Plan starts with your booked stay: 2–5 planned days at one base, for a party of up to six. The total planning fee is €290.
Is this only for luxury travellers?
Your wishes, party and travel budget guide the recommendations. You can ask for help with a few family holiday days or a more extensive private journey.
Can snow activities or Northern Lights be guaranteed?
No. Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and snow activities depend on suitable conditions. Your plan should still be worthwhile when the weather changes.
What if I need someone on the ground?
Mention this in your enquiry. Talvia’s planning fee does not include on-trip support. Any local coordinator is a separate provider service: responsibilities, availability and price must be agreed before booking.
Can I ask for changes?
Your service includes one or two revision rounds. We work through your feedback before you book. A new destination or another substantial change may need additional work, agreed in advance.
When will I hear from you?
Tuomas reviews your enquiry personally and normally replies within two business days. Scope, fee and delivery are agreed in writing before you order.
