The fee starts at €1,790 per itinerary. The final scope, total fee, payment terms and delivery are confirmed in writing before you order. Travel-service costs are additional.

Illustrative example: a family wants a quiet villa-based holiday with a small number of private experiences. The planning considers where the villa sits in relation to providers, what “private” means for each proposed service and how the days allow for unhurried meals and rest. It does not assume that every service labelled premium offers exclusive use.

The final plan is a set of recommendations for your own bookings. You or your travel partner confirm supplier availability, inclusions and terms before committing.

Independent planning, clearly defined

Talvia does not reserve accommodation or activities, receive travel-service payments on suppliers’ behalf, or provide on-site coordination or on-trip support. The service is delivered remotely. If you already work with a travel company, that partner can retain the booking and payment responsibilities; business assignments have their own scope and fees.
